What Jonse does:
Oversee and manage the work of identity-based funds (i.e. Black Legacy and Somos Comunidad Funds) (Add) Master in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership (MPNL). Graduate of Council on Foundations Career Pathways, ABFE (Association of Black Foundation Executives) Fellow.
What she did before:
Jonse previously worked for Wedgwood Christian Services as Vice President for Development. She was also Director of Development and Marketing at United Methodist Community House Inc. Jonse received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
When Jonse’s not working:
She enjoys traveling, shopping, singing, serving her church and community, being a voice for those who have been silenced, meeting new people and spending time with her family. She serves her community as the past Chair of the City of Kentwood Planning Commission. Jonse loves connecting in community and shopping at local Black-owned businesses.
