Grand Rapids Community Foundation sponsors community events to increase exposure of the Community Foundation and its affiliated funds to new, diverse, and target audiences.

The Community Foundation is currently accepting sponsorship requests for events happening for the current fiscal year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Sponsorship Request Details

All sponsorship requests for community events should be submitted at least six - eight weeks before the sponsorship deadline. Requests received within six to eight weeks of the deadline will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Sponsorship requests for community events can be directed to the Strategic Communications Department at Communications@GRFoundation.org. In your email, please include:

  • Contact information (name and email)
  • Event details (name, date, time, location, and purpose of the event)
  • Sponsorship levels and benefits
  • Attachments including additional event information or sponsorship packet
  • Connection to the Community Foundation, example: staff member or committee member
